Wedding Checklist

Some time after the euphoria of the proposal and the newly-acquired state of engagement fades, every bride is hit with the reality of the seemingly endless list of "things to do" before the wedding. Fortunately, lots of people have gone before us and there are a ton of resources available, especially online, to ensure that we don't forget ANYthing AND that things get done in the proper order in the proper time.

In case you haven't already guessed it, I'm mostly pretty gung-go about WeddingWire's list. But it's probably not actually that much more perfect than another one, which is why I'm about to give you a variety of options to check out. I would recommend looking at each of these and combining and subtracting to custom-fit your needs. One of these days I am going to create a "master list" of my own which I hope to make available to future clients. :) But for now, check these out...
  • WeddingWire
    • Pros: Custom-adjusted to your own wedding date, items are organized by month, items "disappear" as you check them off.
    • Cons: You have to have a WeddingWire account to use it, and I personally didn't find it to quite be all-inclusive, yet it was better than a lot of others.
  • Real Simple's Ultimate Wedding Planning Checklist
  • Wedding Channel (Just found this one today--didn't check it thoroughly, but it looks good!)
  • The Knot (You have to have an account for this one, too.)
